Mr.
Bureau formed Venquest Capital Partners in 2000 and currently
serves as Managing Partner, with responsibility for sourcing,
executing and managing investment opportunities. Paul. Bureau
was formerly a Vice President with Banc One Capital Partners,
where he structured and negotiated private equity and mezzanine
investments and investment banking transactions with privately
held, middle market companies. Prior to joining Banc One Capital
Partners, Mr. Bureau worked in the Corporate Finance Group
of Principal Financial Securities, a Dallas-based investment
banking firm, where he participated in public equity offerings,
private placements and M&A transactions. He is a graduate
of Boston College.

E. Smartt

Mr.
Smartt formed Venquest Capital Partners in 2000 and currently
serves as Managing Partner, with responsibility for sourcing,
executing and managing investment opportunities. David Smartt
was formerly the Vice President of Finance for BroadbandNOW,
Inc., a broadband internet service provider. Prior
to BroadbandNOW, Mr. Smartt was formerly a Vice President
with Banc One Capital Partners, where he structured and negotiated
private equity and mezzanine investments and investment banking
transactions with privately held, middle market companies.
Prior
to Banc One Capital Partners, Mr. Smartt was with CS First
Boston in the firm's Investment Banking Group, where he participated
in public equity and debt offerings, private placements and
M&A transactions for Fortune 500 clients. He is a graduate
of Boston College.
